The work has been presented as installation or in parts at various venues, like [ars]numerica, Numerica - European Center for Digital Arts, Montbéliard; Jetlag No. 4, Pact Zollverein, Essen; Norwegian Sculpture Biennal 2006, Vigelandsmuseet, Oslo; Spark Festival of Electronic Music and Art 2006, Minneapolis.
This work has been installed in a wide range of spaces, from bedroom to huge industrial halls like the Kupfer Ironworks, and churches as the 11th century Bergen Cathedral. In any space, good contemplation furniture makes a difference. This was proven in an earlier installation at Brakstad Konsept inkl. Galleri which took place in the gallery's bedroom (: bedchambermusic) and at 964 Natoma which is known for its space filled with madrasses and beansacks. 9 Beet Stretch at 964 Natoma was the perfect marriage between work and venue!
At occation, a cooperation with furniture designers to furnish the concert space with unique concert beds would be worth trying. Another option would be to perform it entirely in a hotel suite. Imagine checking in for a key and then go for a concert...
